Bought a 2019 GMC Acaidia 31000 milrs . Pick up car next day /drove home. Came back next day small dent by gas tank /they fixed it same day. Car was cleaned on outside/ wax was left on inside all by door seals .Told me to gat Windex to clean it . I donot understand how you donot inspect , a clean used car after you sold it They ordered me a missing part 8 weeks later nothing /contacted several times /I orderrd 5 days I replaced it 856 miles later shifter, trans cable, gas pedal sensor had to be replaced . Took it to a different GMC DEALER IN Brunswick to get it replaced under warranty . Car was due for oil change accprding to papers left in car. I NEVER go back for servoce , even carwash by them again . Buy a GMC Allied extened warranty not aftermarket .Aftermarket are not eqaul ! More
Purchased a AWS 3( dent and ding and wheel protection) for extended warranty 1-5 yr and refused to fix or replace my rim after hitting pot hole, and also refused to fix a paintless ding .Service departme for extended warranty 1-5 yr and refused to fix or replace my rim after hitting pot hole, and also refused to fix a paintless ding .Service department gets a ZERO in my book. My new truck two me 2018 Silverado ,also has a extended warranty .Brought it less then two years ago.I will let you know how that goes when I take it back to get serviced More

Don Harrison is the best salesman work with. No pressure, push, or BS. He did everything he said he would. I really liked working with him and would do it again. My experience buying the car on the “used” lot was great. I can’t say how great and fast it was although they sold me a Hyundai CERTIFIED PREOWNED 2020 Venue with 11k miles that needed a new transmissions wi I can’t say how great and fast it was although they sold me a Hyundai CERTIFIED PREOWNED 2020 Venue with 11k miles that needed a new transmissions within 10 days of driving it off the lot…. It has now been almost a month in a half without my car and without answers. They do not pick up the phone nor answer phone calls without at least 3 or 4 tries. There are new versions of the same car on the lot that they could have easily swapped my car out with.. they are now $1500 into paying for my rental and about to pay for 2 months of my car payment and I’m sure by the time I get the car it will be 3. The car buying experience may have been great but this has been the biggest regret… there’s no way this car didn’t have transmission issues before certifying it to be preowned.. there’s also no compassion for the situation. I do not recommend the dealership nor service if you’re looking for good communication and honesty. I think at think point they should swap me out with a new vehicle without any stipulation or money down AND take the chances someone will buy the one getting a new transmission… oh and they’re trying to sell me the lie that a new transmission won’t decrease the value of the car. More
