Value-added service I was introduced to the efficient, friendly, helpful and courteous staff at Burns at the end of September 2015, when I needed work done on my 2004 Sat I was introduced to the efficient, friendly, helpful and courteous staff at Burns at the end of September 2015, when I needed work done on my 2004 Saturn Vue. Each and every member of the team from the receptionist, who provided perfect directions when my GPS system misdirected me, to the mechanic who called to get my authorization for work and to let me know my car was ready, to the shuttle driver, Tom, who showed me an alternate route home (very helpful during rush hour!), to the cashier who very quickly settled my account, was EXTREMELY polite and helpful. They all seemed to be extremely satisfied associates and I was VERY impressed by the range of ages of all the associates I met. So, when it was time to replace my 2004 Nissan Murano in December 2015, going to Burns was an easy decision. The lease experience for my 2015 Encore was another stellar experience from the text messages I received from Kelly to knowledgeable sales experience provided by Don Harrison to the gentleman in the finance office who answered ALL my questions during the signing process (I love the Burns thumb drive and the bag for items from my old car and the pen and the dealership tour!!!!) Overall, there was NO pressure; just GREAT service with everyone pitching in to help. I have already talked to my daughter about coming to Burns for her next car. More
Stay away from these crooks. After spending over 50k on an SUV for my wife they basically called me a liar when I let them know that it was missing the headpho from these crooks. For $50 in parts they were willing to lose a customer for life. They're the type of people that give all dealers a bad name. Super nice until they get your money then watch out. More

Best car dealership experience ever I never felt better taken care of! I had just purchased my 2015 beautiful cocoa silver metallic Encore 9 days earlier and had an unfortunate incident I never felt better taken care of! I had just purchased my 2015 beautiful cocoa silver metallic Encore 9 days earlier and had an unfortunate incident of running over a huge object in the middle of Rte295N on the way to work. My left front tire was immediately slashed. I got off the road, and Buick Roadside service came promptly and put the donut tire on. I called Burns Service and the female service rep encouraged me to come right in and get my tire replaced and everything looked over. I was practically in tears when I got there, overwhelmed and in disbelief that this had just happened to my brand new car! But, right away, my Sales Rep, Will Smith, was there to console me. Joe, the Sales Manager made me feel right at home again as I waited in the Sales area lounge. Jeff from the service department replaced my tire and answered all my questions. The service was prompt, pleasant and efficient. My little "Cocoa" was back on the road again, as good as brand new!! I couldn't be happier with everything about this dealership! More

This is our 3rd time buying from Burns. When we just bought our 3rd vechile. We brought in our older car, which was purchased there for some work & to get it detailed. We have been treated horrible about the older vechile. First they closed the ticket out , because it was an "older" vechile. Then the pulled it , because they had to get ready for a show this past weekend??? It has been there for 10 days, and its only getting finished because of yet another call??? Where is the customer service? Just because its old...doesnt mean we should get treated any differnt. But if we walked in tonight to buy another vechile, Bet you wouldnt pull us or tell us to come back another day . We used to think Burns was great, now not so much . Maybe "the ones who pulled and pushed it aside" should be treated like that when they are older.. See if they like it . More
I had my 2002 Saturn sedan repaired 7 years ago at Burns body shop after being rear-ended. They replaced the left rear quarter panel at that time and did a fantastic job in a timely manner. This year I no body shop after being rear-ended. They replaced the left rear quarter panel at that time and did a fantastic job in a timely manner. This year I noticed that there was water in the trunk and took the car to the Burns service department. They said that there were 2 open body seams in the rear quarter panel that needed to be repaired for a total cost of $600.00. When I went to pick up the car I told that I thought we should come to an agreement concerning the charges as the defect was most likely due to to the replacement of the rear quarter panel 7 years ago. Bob from the body shop took a look and while he could not confirm that the original repair may have been faulty, he agreed with my argument that it was to much of a coincidence and waved all charges for the repairs and I paid nothing. i find this level of customer service unusual and will continue to recommend Burns Buick GMC for repairs. More
I made an online service appoint for Saturday, Sept. 1 at 9 am. I received an online confirmation from the service managager, Ron Capaldi. An employee told me "what do you expect, it's Labor Day weekend." Now I am waiting for a response from them. More
I bought a Black Cadillac CTS-V from Burns Buick-Pontiac-GMC after seeing it online in Autotrader and Craigslist. It looked great on screen but I was from out of town so I was somewhat concer Buick-Pontiac-GMC after seeing it online in Autotrader and Craigslist. It looked great on screen but I was from out of town so I was somewhat concerned. I made a fair offer by email and it did not take long for the Burns' folks to accept it. Tom even picked me up at the train station in Philadelphia the following day and while I had some trouble on my end getting the financing straight, everyone was very gracious and I was on my way back home (in the Caddy) in a couple hours. Some minor trouble with the paperwork for the out of state plates but they striaghtened it all out quickly and efficiently. I never expect everything to be perfectly smooth but I was very pleased with the whole transaction and with how quickly any issues got sorted out. More

Most notably, Ben Loatman is a First Class guy in the Sales Department and Greg Pollice, the General Manager were very fair and gave me a great deal on a brand-new beautiful 2012 Red GMC Terrain. Words cannot describe just how wonderfully satisfied I am with my purchase!!. The relationship doesn't stop with the purchase. They continued to follow up with me by email, phone, etc. to make sure that I was completely satisfied. So when you are looking for a GMC, Buick or Hundai auto, look no further than these guys!!!!! More
