They wanted $5,000 for an old Jeep that started and ran rough. KBB put it at $4,000 in excellent condition; it was NOT in excellent condition. Then they told me my 2005 Mustang GT was only worth $5,000 to rough. KBB put it at $4,000 in excellent condition; it was NOT in excellent condition. Then they told me my 2005 Mustang GT was only worth $5,000 to them, so it would be an even trade. If this wasn't ridiculous enough, they refused to budge on either price. I ended up buying a newer Jeep at a better price at a dealer that gave me $9000 for my trade. I also had to wait for almost an hour before I could talk to someone about adjusting the price, and when we couldn't reach an agreement they still wanted me to bring the car in the next day. Needless to say, I didn't. They were nice guys, so I hesitate to call them crooks, but a few years ago I might have fallen for something like that. Be careful. More
