We failed to deliver on completing your vehicle service within the quoted time frame and again when we did not properly return your vehicle to you. We are not perfect and apologize for the mistakes that were made. In addition to our sincerest apology, we would also like to send you a box for chocolate chip cookies to make up for the oatmeal raisin (it's hard to believe, but more customers than you would think actually prefer that kind!).
