A huge thank you to Burlington Subaru for helping with my Crosstrek! I am from Connecticut and was up visiting for a family funeral. I called on Saturday and spoke to Cameron. He was so kind and called me back on Saturday after a while as he was trying hard to come up with a plan to help. He called me again on Monday morning to say he had spoken to the service manager who said they could get the work done today. I worked with Kelly, who was also very kind, and helpful. I highly recommend Burlington Subaru for their follow through and kindness at a difficult time. Thank you again, Cameron! More

Do not trust the service reps! I went in today at 8:00 am for an "Express" oil change. Rep named Jason told me 2 hours. Seemed like a long time, but I said OK. At the 3 hour mark, I went in today at 8:00 am for an "Express" oil change. Rep named Jason told me 2 hours. Seemed like a long time, but I said OK. At the 3 hour mark, he called me (in the waiting area) and said it would be another hour! 4 and a half hours later it was done! For an oil change! at the 3.75 hour mark, manager called me and said he would give me a discount. That was $20 that Jason "found". My time is worth more than $5 an hour. After a 20+ year relationship with Burlington Subaru, I am DONE! Twin City Subaru will have all my business going forward. More
Will never buy a car here ever again. Quality service ended the minute I drove off the lot. Took it in today for the battery recall on my car, 5th recall on 2017 Foresters so far, they ha Quality service ended the minute I drove off the lot. Took it in today for the battery recall on my car, 5th recall on 2017 Foresters so far, they had it for 8 hours to test the battery, hadn't even started at 4pm. Then after waiting they finally tell me that I have to pay for half of the warranty replacement of the battery that has failed tests because my car is 5 years old, the extended warranty I was informed about 2 weeks ago by Subaru as a result of a class action lawsuit has this "rule". They charge me $93 as half the battery that can be found here on SOA's site for $165 and routinely sells for $130. Search for "Part Number: SOA821B200" to verify this. I asked them to do the honorable thing and absorb the costs as their customer was sold a defective battery, that fact was hidden from me for 5 years until revealed as a result of legal action, and then they charge me to replace it. They refused, but they offer you a cookie in a plastic bag when you leave. That's nice. Dealership is a joke and is only in business because it's convenient for Burlington residents. I've learned LOTs of people choose to travel over an hour away to buy a Subaru in order to avoid Burlington Subaru, I wish I had. More
I have never been treated so GOOD. Nathan and his team were AMAZING. I Felt that he cared about myself and my car getting fixed right. I wasn't just another customer/ number. I was in an accident and sent my car to Runway, what a MISTAKE. They never even took it to a a mechanic all they did was fix it so it looks pretty. Honestly I'm lucky that I was able to drive it to Subaru. I was shocked even started crying. I can't believe they let me drive away they let me leave with the vehicle like that. Tire almost coming off. Plus many more issues. When I got to Subaru Nate was amazing he made sure I got a rental car. He kept me updated , as he waited patiently while the insurance company took there sweet time to make a payment. I just want to say that Subaru is amazing I recommend them to anyone that needs any work done they're great. I can't say thank you enough to Nathan and his team at Subaru I'm just very happy to have my car back fixed the right way. If the scale went higher than 5 stars he would of gotten 10. Thank you to Service Department. Traveled from Boston to Burlington VT with worrisome lights flashing on the dashboard in my Subaru Outback. I had tried to go to Subaru dealer near Boston but they were way too busy to fit me in. Dropped in to a busy service department at Burlington Subaru. Was greeted by a bunch of very welcoming people. I explained the situation and asked if they could figure out what was wrong with my car. They said "sure" we can help. Asked for my key, went to get the car and escorted me to the nice waiting area. Tim, a manager from service came back to say he had taken care of situation with the balancing of my tires. He also said he drove it around the lot to make sure that all was well with the car. Tim said "all set". I asked him how much I owed him. He said, it was not a big deal and there was no cost. Flabbergasted in every way by their genuine care and that they did not take an opportunity to charge me. Thank you so much Tim and others at Burlington Subaru. More

When I tried to explain what the issue was she kept cutting me off and wouldn't let me finish a sentence. She then told me that she suggest I read the owner's manual and try to find a fix before calling them again. Definitely will NOT be going here for any more service (or vehicle purchase) moving forward. More
Complete upsale rip off!!! I had to take my car in for recall work, and asked them to check out a noise I was hearing as well. When I got there, Darryl told me that they performed a complimentary multipoint inspection and diagnosis, but because I asked them to check out the noise, they charged me for that. When Darryl drove the car into the shop, he commented to me about the noise, and there is no doubt in my mind that they would have found the issue in their "complementary" inspection and diagnosis. He refused to issue me a refund for the charge and the service manager told me that I should feel lucky because they had to replace a rusted bolt as part of the recall that Subaru was not paying for. I feel taken and not treated very well and will NEVER go back. More

It should have been returned to me as I turned it in! That is appropriate service! More
