Some words of warning based on my most recent visit: -They charged $50 in labor to replace two air filters. They noted that it would "only take about ten minutes!" So that's $50 for 10 minutes' work, plus the cost of the filters themselves... -They did not include the labor costs when they quoted me for the air filters, even though I asked for the total cost. -My invoice said I "declined recommended maintenance" because I didn't shell out $10 for "car deodorizer," aka air freshener spray. I had to speak with the manager to get the "declined recommended maintenance" line struck from my paperwork. -I also let the manager, Frank, know that the cashier and another employee were within six feet of me chatting for an extended period of time with their masks pulled down under their chins, and that employees were pulling their masks down and failing to maintain social distancing at the main customer service desk as well. He told me that wearing masks is "a matter of opinion." In fact, it is a matter of executive order in NJ. -The manager also said that he "can't be held responsible for the actions of others." I pointed out that that's literally his job, to supervise others, enforce policies, and oversee his department. I told him that I strive to take accountability for those who report to me at my job, because it's what a manager should do. He responded, "Oh really? What do *you* manage?" questioning me personally rather than stepping up and taking responsibility for his own team and the safety of his customers. -I had to wait for over 30 min to get my payment processed due to the fact that the cashier didn't know what she was doing. -Throughout all of this, they left my car running without telling me. (I had told them when I came in that I was a little low on gas, and they said not to worry, that it wouldn't be an issue since it was just an oil change. If my friend hadn't noticed the car running it would have run clean out of gas while I waited.) -They did not mention that my rear brakes were getting low; I found out after I had left the dealership when I reviewed the vehicle inspector's notes. -Frank did credit me the cost of an air filter for my trouble, but when you're charging $50 for ten minutes of work that honestly doesn't feel like much of a gift. More

From the sales staff, to the service department...always friendly, greet you by name and with a smile. My wife had an issue with our Kia Soul last night. Dropped it off outside the service department last night. Called first thing, and they immediately got it in and diagnosed the problem. The part was going to take a couple days to get, so they offered to have shipped over night, so we could get our car back sooner. They always explain the issues, provide options, and don't pressure to fix more than what is needed. HIGHLY recommend Burlington Kia for your next car purchase or your current car's maintenance and service. Thank you Kia Team. More

You streamlined our first experience with windshield damage and alleviated lots of stress, labor-intensive phone calls and fighting for a positive outcome.Our less than two inch crack/ nick spread to over 20 inches in less than two days and there we stood facing a dilemma with our coverage. The windshield is our first line of defense and we know any crack or chip obscures the line of vision and Steve’s vision is already compromised due to diabetes. Although we were both a bit nervous, you handled this entire challenge with dignity and respect. You are the true professional Gary and we thank you and appreciate you beyond measure! More

In for service and out with a new Telluride OMG!!! I got up this morning to go and get a 30,000 mile service on my 2017 Kia Sorento. As I was waiting in their fantastic facility, LaKeith asked m OMG!!! I got up this morning to go and get a 30,000 mile service on my 2017 Kia Sorento. As I was waiting in their fantastic facility, LaKeith asked me had I had a chance to sit in one of the new Tellurides that they had in stock. I figured why not take a look since I had time. No way was I buying one, but a look and sit wouldn't hurt. He took me out back and began telling me all about the safety features and things I didn't have on my Sorento. I so amazed and then I sat inside. OMG, I fell in love with the brand all over again!! He is most definitely the guy to go see for a new car, he even lowered my payments.
