I am writing this review which I usually would not but because I had such a good experience with the sales person i felt compelled to do so. Anyway, when I first went there I really wasn't serious about b because I had such a good experience with the sales person i felt compelled to do so. Anyway, when I first went there I really wasn't serious about buying a new car and really not a kia but after I explained to Mr.Miller what I was looking for he took the time to show me some of the cars. I never felt pressured and he taught me to be more open minded with my choices in this day and age and explained what Kia had to offer. I learned a lot then went home and told my wife that I had a new game plan and a new Kia was in it. Anyway my wife and I plan on going back to Burlington Kia very soon to purchase our first new car from Mr.Miller. More

I had a great experience at Burlington Kia! I live about an hour away, but saw the Kia Rondo on their website and had to go check it out. Gary was helpful, funny, and had immense American Idol knowledge to an hour away, but saw the Kia Rondo on their website and had to go check it out. I still have to get back up there when my plates and registration are ready, but their friendly faces make it worth the drive. The finance guy was amazing too!!!! He explained everything with out making me feel like an idiot, and was patient with my questions. The only semi-complaint i have was the cleanliness of the car. Had i not lived so far away i may have asked them to give it a good cleaning on the inside, but it was late at night and we all wanted to get outta there. Other than that, thanks guys!!!! More

I love the way you walk onto the premises of the sales lot and all employees are so welcoming. They are all very nice and helpful. The entire process was explained and John is a professional from top to bottom. They not even were lower then any other dealer but also we added the extended warranty that was still lower per mon professional from top to bottom.
