I was recommended to this dealership from a friend. I picked out a Kia Soul that I wanted and found out that there is an “adjusted market value” of $2995.00 added to the price of the vehicle. I was told that all Kia dealers do this and this was not true. I went to another Kia dealership and paid the sticker price of the vehicle without the $2995 mark up that Burlington Kia has on all their cars. Financing services were adequate, but they couldn’t get me a decent APR at the banks they ran me with. They tried to substantiate my crappy APR with very old trade lines on my credit even thought these things were years old and I had purchased other new vehicles since then…unbelievable! With the problems with the prices and the half-xxx financing service I would not return to buy a vehicle. More

I am writing this review which I usually would not but because I had such a good experience with the sales person i felt compelled to do so. Anyway, when I first went there I really wasn't serious about b because I had such a good experience with the sales person i felt compelled to do so. Anyway, when I first went there I really wasn't serious about buying a new car and really not a kia but after I explained to Mr.Miller what I was looking for he took the time to show me some of the cars. I never felt pressured and he taught me to be more open minded with my choices in this day and age and explained what Kia had to offer. I learned a lot then went home and told my wife that I had a new game plan and a new Kia was in it. Anyway my wife and I plan on going back to Burlington Kia very soon to purchase our first new car from Mr.Miller. More
