Paul from Burlington Kia came off bullying me over the phone when I inquired about getting a sales quote on a Kia K5. He was insistent that I had to go into the dealership and present the deal face to fa phone when I inquired about getting a sales quote on a Kia K5. He was insistent that I had to go into the dealership and present the deal face to face. I did not like his condescending tone and how unwilling he was to support me over the phone. He blamed his Sales Manager for not being able to get me a sales quote over the phone without me going to the dealership. Clearly, this dealership lacks respect and consideration to a customer's time. Paul does not seem to know anything about courtesy or respect. More

Associates are always very friendly and helpful. Oil change is done correctly and efficiently. They also offer uber service to and from if you have other things to do while your car is being service Oil change is done correctly and efficiently.
