We brought our car here for service on 9/26. They had it for over 2 weeks, and still could not tell me how much it would cost to replace the break line. They suggested I buy a new car. Ridiculou They had it for over 2 weeks, and still could not tell me how much it would cost to replace the break line. They suggested I buy a new car. Ridiculous! I had it towed to an independent shop, and had a quote of $1300 for the break line, pads and rotors within 24 hours, and the car repaired in under 72 hours. More
I made an appointment online to have my car serviced today but when I got there the place was closed for their Christmas party. It would’ve been nice to receive a phone call, text message or email letti today but when I got there the place was closed for their Christmas party. It would’ve been nice to receive a phone call, text message or email letting me know they were going to be closed around the time my appointment was made. I usually walk in because it’s better for me but I’m always told it’s better to have an appointment & look what happens. This was an inconvenience trying to make it here on time. More

I purchase my lease in Jersey City at Hudson Hyundai and was never told the free oil changes could only be done at their location. An appointment was made at Hudson Hyundai but they never confirmed it only wanted copy of an email. I wasted no time calling to see if you could fit me in and you did! Thank you so much, my sister will be around soon to get her car serviced. As for me I moved on! As soon as I left I traded in my lease so I am no more a Hyundai owner. I will however continue to recommend your services. I didnt like the circumstances or the outcome. But you made the experience very rewarding and pleasant! Thank you. Boo🐝 More

He was not helpful and talked to me in an unprofessional and threatening manner. I needed assistance with a warranty that I had on my new Hyundai vehicle. I went to him to find out about my warranty to see if it covered a service that I needed. The service was not covered and I asked for a copy of the warranty because I had left mine at home. He told me I could not receive a copy that it was for in house use only. I left his office and he followed me to the service area which I feel was very unprofessional. He speaking to me in a loud tone and I felt very threatened. The other employees in this dealership are great. Fred, Cassie and Tony have always been very helpful. More
