Ryan was helpful and friendly in showing us the vehicles and answering our questions. I know he's relatively new and working on the Hyundai side, but one way to improve would be for him to continue to learn and answering our questions. The price negotiation process by fairly smooth, though I did feel that the tone of that conversation could have been a little more respectful of where we were coming from as consumers. I understand the desire to sell and to sell at a certain price. Reference to the state of the vehicle the customer drove to the dealership, as tempting as it is from a negotiation standpoint, should be avoided. Also, when presenting the warranty options, it would be good to be more clear about the warranty still left on the vehicle, if that is the case.
