However, I am a bit confused because when we spoke on the phone, I did ask for you to give me a chance to work with Hyundai to solve this issue for you. I do have this issue working with several people at Hyundai and am currently awaiting a response. As for your concern about us not telling you about the chance of excessive wear and tear, I have a signed document from you stating that we, Burlington Hyundai, are not responsible for any excess wear and tear and that you, the customer, would be. As I mentioned above, I am working with Hyundai on your behalf and will continue to do so until I have an answer. Best wishes, Terry
