Great Service; Great Cars! I just had a great experience buying a new Hyundai Elantra GT from Richard Brennan at Burlington Hyundai! I thought I was a loyal Subaru customer unti I just had a great experience buying a new Hyundai Elantra GT from Richard Brennan at Burlington Hyundai! I thought I was a loyal Subaru customer until I explored the option of purchasing a Hyundai. The dealership and my salesman, Richard, made the otherwise stressful process of buying a new car hassle-free and affordable. You can't beat the warranty (10 years/100k miles) or incentives (4 free snow tires and money off for being a college grad) of purchasing a Hyundai. I was able to get a brand new car for the same price as a 3-year old Subaru with 40k miles on it. The interior and horsepower of the GT is better, to boot. If you're in the market for a new vehicle, I highly recommend stepping into Burlington Hyundai to see what they have to offer! More
Issue every visit I've had to continue to bring my car to this service center because I have a Hyundai warranty, otherwise I would stay clear. I've had an issue at eve I've had to continue to bring my car to this service center because I have a Hyundai warranty, otherwise I would stay clear. I've had an issue at every visit. From them not being able to diagnose the problem after many attempts, to actually forgetting to bring my car in to the shop for my last scheduled appointment. This service center has cost me time and money. I will not buy another Hyundai because I don't want to have to deal with the service center. More

Great salesman, poor service Mark is a great guy and I can't say enough nice things about him. The problem is, I don't get positive vibes from the service department and feel like Mark is a great guy and I can't say enough nice things about him. The problem is, I don't get positive vibes from the service department and feel like they're putting in the absolute bare minimum to try to resolve my issues on my new car and get me out of the door. This has resulted in multiple visits for the same issue and denials that an issue even exists on initial visits. I understand there is some guess and check involved in auto repair but it's been a painful process. Ultimately I'm left with the impression Burlington Hyundai has Hyundai's back and not mine. More
