Great experience I had the pleasure of working with Branden to purchase my new 2016 Hyundai Elantra. Walking into the dealership I was unsure if leasing or purchasing I had the pleasure of working with Branden to purchase my new 2016 Hyundai Elantra. Walking into the dealership I was unsure if leasing or purchasing would be best for me. Branden took the time to let my husband and I test drive multiple vehicles. Great Service but website needs work I worked with Branden to lease my first new vehicle and he was great to work with. He was both friendly and professional. He was able to get me the deal I was looking for. My main feedback actually has to do with the lack of accurate photos and details on the website. It made it difficult to shop. I'm glad I ended up at Burlington Hyundai but nothing about the website led me to think they are as thoughtful as they are. I really wanted a Hyundai so I gave them a shot but had I been undecided on brand, other local sites offered a better user experience. Until they upload real pictures it is worth giving a quick call to get more info on a potential item. More
