I have to give a shout out to the team at Burlington Ford & Lincoln. 8 minutes before their scheduled closing this Saturday, I walked in with a ‘contact dealer’ spanner on my dash. Jon and Vern were awesome. & Lincoln. 8 minutes before their scheduled closing this Saturday, I walked in with a ‘contact dealer’ spanner on my dash. Jon and Vern were awesome. Did not worry about the clock. Took the F250 to the workshop, ran diagnostics and there was a Ford advisory/bulletin on gearbox. I left their facility about 90 minutes after they should have closed for the long weekend. No charge. Thanks gentlemen - you are what service is all about. Much appreciated.
