Carl was great. He walked us through the purchase and allowed us to take our time inspecting the used car thoroughly. He never pressured us. The other folks at the dealership were all courteous however the purchase process needs improvement since with were at the dealership nearly two hours AFTER we were done inspecting and settled on a price.
