Having my RAM for only a few months I was transferred in another job role which caused me to drive many miles per week. He worked Hard - real hard to move my payment lower then the truck - keeping me in my budget and allowing me to pick a new 200 Touring v6 !@ - from the inventory and working the finance for me. By far a great servie experience for my Dodge RAM. The Sales Manager made good on a handshake when I purchased my Truck for some mnor add-ons that I wanted. Moe is the Best... I have employee pricing with my company in which I communicated right off the bat. They made it - clear - fast - and easy. Open the book - showed me my Employee price based on my company - Contacted and verified the price with my HR dept and was exactly what it should have been, minus the current incentives and the deal was done in less then an hour. True and honest - strait numbers and no add-on crap at the end. Very nice people. Had a good selection of Trucks to pick from too. Was contacted by the internet sales manager on a inquiry I put in for a Jeep grand cherokee. Was quoted a bad price to begin with. They continued to contact me and so I eventually called them back to a bett I put in for a Jeep grand cherokee. Was quoted a bad price to begin with. They continued to contact me and so I eventually called them back to a better quote and appraisal on my trade-in. So far the customer service was good until I worked with Femi. Guy is a horrible sales person and seems to only care about the sale. If they can't get you to buy, you are treated like dirt. Never in my life will I ever set foot in the door or recommend this dealership again. They gave me a horrible trade-in appraisal. I told them I wanted a certain amount, which was fair. Femi came back told me no way and bye. Basically that was my experience. More
