I Highly Recommend this Dealer including to my family members...who just recently bought a used car and a used Harley Davidson there...and they are happy too...Trust me I will buy more cars there and have all my service done there. I met the Service Manager there Joe and he is a pleasant man to talk to and he told me if there was any problems, Just let him know and he will take care of it. My experience in dealing with the s On September 18, 2015 I took my 2012 Jeep to service or repair a water leak and to perform a four wheel alignment. My experience in dealing with the service department and representative by the name of 'Rocco' was unprofessional to the point that I lost complete trust with Dodge and Chrysler dealer located in Burlington, NJ. First of all 'Rocco' explained to me that they sub-contract water leaks to the so called "Water Doctor". He gave me a quote of approximately $280 using aftermarket products. Really? This is a jeep dealer.... what happen to using original products? That is why I took my jeep to the dealer to use original weather stripping or rubber seals if needed to be replaced. Second, they say that they completed the wheel alignment and charged me $99.95 but could not produce a print read out to show me the wheel alignment results. After I drove my Jeep of the lot is still pulling to the right. What kind management is this? My guess is that they did NOT completed the wheel alignment, then gave me a bill of $99.95 for a service that they can't prove! I could not believe "Rocco's' respond when I ask him for the printed read out "the service man shredded the read out" REALLY? Are they supposed to keep records and provide supporting documents to their clients? THIS IS BAD BUSINESS. How can they be trusted? PLEASE listen to me find another dealer to service your vehicle, and think about it if the service department conducts bad business I assume that the sales department operate the same way! I'm taking this to the next level, I also assume that the Hyundai dealer in Burlington, NJ can't be trusted because they are run by the same management. Do yourself a favor and don't get Ripped Off, avoid a stressful satiation by listening to others experience. If you don't believe me, I still have 'Rocco's" voice mail to confirm this review. What they fail to understand is that they are dealing with adults, hard working adults and not kids, and that is how I feel when dealing with 'Rocco'. Is time to find professionals and not street con artists. Sad to say but they lost another client today. This is my third visit to this dealer service department and I have seen other unsatisfied customers expressing their concerns. I should had listen and see it as RED FLAGS, and search for a different dealer to conduct service with. Lessons learned!!!!!!!!! More

Lots of lies Bought my charger from there five weeks ago. I almost bought a different one but as I was about to sign the papers I asked to see a carfax that said " Bought my charger from there five weeks ago. I was bothered that not only did my salesman (mo) not disclose this but also that he tried to convince me it didn't matter. Second they gave me a "free first oil change card" that I was told could be used anywhere in the country. I tried to use it out of state and when that dealership called city auto they said they don't have that policy. There were a few other problems that I won't disclose here. This was the fifth car i bought in my life and the most let down I have been. I recommend staying away from this dealership. More
They always honor what they say...... Great people. The GM and the staff here is second to none ,, Went they to get my Wife's car serviced around a we-owe that was purchased during the deal. The work could not be done because of the variations of the roof so the modifications were not able to be done. Without any questions and haggle , they cut me a check for the work and refunded the price of the modifications that we decided .... Great people, stand by their word and product. Thanks Mo! More

You treat people how you would like to be treated and they bend over backwards to make you happy. Go in a be a jerk - what do you expect. Mo treats people with respect and honors their honesty and not $99 @month for a SRT off the bat conversation. Once again my Wife will enjoy her Chrysler product for many years as she has done in the past. Keep up the good work ! More
AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE Quite possibly the worst dealership i have ever stepped into. Went to look at a Jeep Grand Cherokee and dealt with Femi and Mauricio. Femi was a nice enough guy but once we started crunching numbers, he was worthless as well as his sales manager Mauricio. Started out with an outrageous price on the new jeep and absolutely low balled me on a trade. After a typical American car brand dealership back and forth frenzy, Mauricio came to talk. He tried to tell us all these things wrong with the trade in when we were at a different dealer no more than 24 hours before and they said the car was great and offered us 2k more than what they (city jeep) offered. Eventually got an almost acceptable price, and we decided to walk. Received an email from Femi before we got home offering to meet halfway on the price difference. We agreed, and than we get a call that his sales manager refuses to budge on the price and the deal was off. Mauricio is by far the most pompous xxxxx of a sales manager one could ever deal with. After dealing with this place, we are forever greatful of the service we get when we go to Lexus and Mercedes to deal with other cars in the family. All in all - AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE! More
I had an appointment for an oil change , when I arrived for my appointment I was told no more than an hour, after an 1hour 45 minutes later and my advisor Michael no where to be found I grabbed my own pape for my appointment I was told no more than an hour, after an 1hour 45 minutes later and my advisor Michael no where to be found I grabbed my own paperwork off his desk and had to give to another service advisor Aaron which got me out of there right away. The service receptionist froze when I was expressing to her I had to leave that I was there for an hour and 45 min. And then finally asked the other advisor for help. By this time the original advisor Michael saw all this and never came over to help or apologise. I scheduled the appointment in enough time to pick my son up at childcare and by the dealer being 45 minutes late, I was charged $1.00 a minute for the time I picked my son up late. I will never do any service at Dodge Chrysler Jeep City of Burlington NJ. More
