Dr. Jickel Mr. hyde I would give sales and management a zero if I could for how they treated me, I bought 6 to 8 cars and trucks here and my last, I purchased a 2018 ram I would give sales and management a zero if I could for how they treated me, I bought 6 to 8 cars and trucks here and my last, I purchased a 2018 ram 1500 after the second day i notice it had a bad paint issue I called the dealership and informed the salesman he said bring it by so they can look it after looking at the truck the new car manager Mauricio Mier said "I should of look at it before I bought it this is a production line vehicle" then I heard "You didn't buy a Lamborghini", then says "I'm done with it". So I leave and contact Chrysler Corporation and tell them the problem, I didn't get anywhere, so I called the dealership and ask who their body shop was, got the name Robs Collision in Bristol, PA, I took my truck there unannounced and got an estimate for $2,000 in repairs took the estimate back to the dealer and gave it to them and they threw it the trash along with pictures I took of the paint work that were supposed go to corporate, after fighting with the dealership and Chrysler Corp for 4 weeks, Chrysler is buying me out of the truck, the dealership wanted nothing to do with it. All I had asked for was my Toyota Tundra back or another vehicle, they sold my Toyota after 3 weeks Chrysler Corp asked them to unwind the deal Dodge Chrysler Jeep City said NO, so know I lost my equity on my Tundra cause I didn't look at the trade in amount on my contract, plus I'm losing my tax credit for my new truck I bought at Cherry Hill Chrysler so I'm out about $4,000 dollars that's why Chrysler Jeep City didn't want to unwind the deal. LOOK AT YOUR CONTRACT make sure they put the correct amount for your trade. Mike Kelly in service tried his best to help I can say that!! More

He knew a lot about the new Jeep JL, and what he didn't know, he was able to find out and get back to me in a timely manner. It's not often you find a salesman who has been with a dealership for 20 years, so that says a lot about the dealership and the salesman. I also dealt with Gus Orsi (Sales Manager) and Rene Galindo in finance. Rene explained everything in detail and got me in and out in a very short time. I can't say enough about how well I was treated and how smooth and easy the process was. I purchased a 2018 Jeep JL and got an outstanding deal on it. Great vehicle, outstanding customer service and an overall fantastic experience! More

Incompetent Brought in my new Dodge Charger for an oil change and noticed the weather stripping on the rear driver door was loose the day before. I asked if they Brought in my new Dodge Charger for an oil change and noticed the weather stripping on the rear driver door was loose the day before. I asked if they could look at it and they said to come back another day when the molding specialist was available. I setup another appointment a few days later. When I was explaining the issue to the service writer, he asked if he could take a look. When I showed it to him he said that the factory uses an adhesive and I could just super glue it or he could take care of it. He then super glued the molding together (it was split down the center), closed the door and said to leave it shut for a few hours. Later that day I opened the door and it was still split and the insulation was now hard as a rock because it had hardened from the super glue. I called back to the same service writer and he said a new part was needed. He then transferred me over to parts without any delay. I wasn't sure what specific part was needed so I had to call back and speak to him again. After getting the part name, the person in the parts department said he would follow up to make sure the right item was ordered. Two weeks later and no word. Called back and the part was never ordered and no record of anything. They seem clueless and I have no faith in allowing them to service my vehicle. I'll try someone else or go to a private vendor going forward. I recommend you do the same. More
