Run as fast and far away from this Service department as you can. After 10 years of stellar customer service, the performance of this department has gone down markedly. If you have an appointment, don't expect your car to be serviced that day or get a call with an update. It will be there for several days without explanation or warning. You will have to call them repeatedly and leave messages before you finally get a response. Forget about an offer of a loaner if it is going to be there over a weekend without prior knowledge or agreement. If you are a one family car, you are out of luck. Forget about the shuttle service as well. They will bring you home but forget to pick you up at the agreed upon time. When you finally do get back to pick up your car, no explanation or apologizes for being a no show. If you do decide to test your luck, always ask for Nicole. She's great! More
where do i even begin. I brought my car in to have the check engine like repaired. Michelle at the service desk told me i needed my valve cover replaced. I picked up my car and drove it home. I drove my car to work the next day and then on my way home my oil pressure gage started flashing and beeping. I pulled over as soon as it was safe to open my hood to find oil splashed all over the inside of my car. Seeing as how they replaced my valve, it was clear to me that they had somehow not put everything together correctly. i safely got my vehicle home to call Chevy and inform them that they had no properly serviced my car and in fact, caused another issue. They towed my car and I am now awaiting their diagnostic which i am not hopeful about seeing as their chevy mechanics, could not properly put back together a chevy. i also now without a car for another day and they “didn’t have a loaner” for me to use. After picking my car up for the second time, I drove it around for a day and a half before the oil light came on again. This time i was over an hour away from my home. Chevy came to toe my car and brought me a loaner. I’m really baffled at how not once but twice, Chevy could not repair my car properly. Please don’t bring your car here for repairs. After the last encounter I had with the service department and them breaking my car, twice, I was not prepared to ever bring my car here again. Unfortunately, I had no choice when I was told the issue with my AC required the dealership software. I brought my car in to be repaired as my AC was only blowing hot air. I got my car back, the AC worked for 5 minutes as I drove it to dinner. I returned from dinner to find that the AC not only wasn't working but no air was blowing at all. This is now the third time I have brought my car to this dealership to be met with my cars issue not being resolved but a new issue arising from their incompetence. More

Usually I’m happy with my results but this last experience has been horrible. Misdiagnosed in December causing me to return my truck to exchange my engine completely. Finally after months I got it back on the 26th of February only to be stranded on side of the road 1 March. Today 5 march I still don’t have my truck and I’m out of 14k. Usually I have no issues but with this incident I’AM 😡 PISSED! More

2012 Chevy Cruze - Transmission I have a 2012 Chevy Cruze, which the transmission just went bad on the car, and because the car is 7 years old, and no longer covered under warranty, I have a 2012 Chevy Cruze, which the transmission just went bad on the car, and because the car is 7 years old, and no longer covered under warranty, I have to eat the entire repair on my own, and the car only has 59,700 miles on it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I called GM, they could/would not do anything for me, called Burlington Chevy, and the could/would not do anything for me either! How terrible is this ? It's costing me like $ 5,000.00 to get a transmission in this car, and the irony in it, is that the car isn't even worth $ 5,000.00 I can't sell it or trade it in without getting it fixed first, which is even better!! This is totally ridiculous and unacceptable! I called Bobby Williams at Burlington Chevy, he won't call me back, I wonder why . . . . . . it seems they only care about you when they are taking your money, not when you need help. Very bad business. I will not recommend Burlington Chevy, Bobby Williams, the Chevy Cruze, or GM ever again. I always ranked all 4 of these very high on my list to everyone, I won't anymore. I'm very unhappy, not to mention just totally beside myself with this situation. It's not right, not at all. I'm sick over this, not sure if I should laugh, cry, or puke! And I'm a single mom, I don't have 5 grand!! I have to take out a loan to get my car fixed, how crazy is that ? More
Racist I overheard this young man talking with an older man, that was wearing a Chevy hat, while waiting for my vehicle to be serviced. As I walked by, I ove I overheard this young man talking with an older man, that was wearing a Chevy hat, while waiting for my vehicle to be serviced. As I walked by, I overheard them conversing about some topic and heard the term "xxxxxxx" very clearly. They obviously did not know a person of color was walking behind them, but I'm disgusted by this. Perhaps if the younger man wasn't staring at his phone watching a basketball game, he would have noticed me walking by. I have contacted the general manager and will never go here again. More
