I just purchased a used Lexus; leaving the lot noticed a crack in the window; within 24 hrs NEW windshield. Then about a week later the Mat. Required light pops on... Called ahead & drove her up... Once aga crack in the window; within 24 hrs NEW windshield. Then about a week later the Mat. Required light pops on... Called ahead & drove her up... Once again, Rob had my car ready to go by the next morning & also put my plates on for me and it was a very hot & humid summer day! No NEW customer wants to or likes to visit "service" twice immediately following a purchase... But to be treated politely & effectively does make a difference! Thanks Again! More

My experience with Burlington Chevy was phenomenal. Jackie was friendly and knowledgeable and took the time to show me 3 different cars. When the didn't have exactly what I wanted, she went out of her Jackie was friendly and knowledgeable and took the time to show me 3 different cars. When the didn't have exactly what I wanted, she went out of her way to find it. She had to go to NY state to find the car but she had it for me in a day.
