Best Car Buying Experience Ever I initially submitted a request to come test drive a Cruze about a week prior to my visit. The internet sales rep reached out to me immediately Tim Re I initially submitted a request to come test drive a Cruze about a week prior to my visit. The internet sales rep reached out to me immediately Tim Reid, which I greatly appreciated. Together we were able to coordinate a time and day for me to stop in, which was really convenient. When I arrived at the dealership they paired me with Bobby Williams, who was great. I told him what was important to me in purchasing a new car. He was honest and genuine and made sure that all of my needs were met. And didn't try to push me into something I did not want to do. I didn't feel like I was buying a car almost, that's how easy it was. I think every dealership should be more like the guys over at Burlington Chevy. I will be buying all of my cars there.
