From the immediate response to my inquiry by Sandy who checked out the status of the car, made my appointment and even gave me directions en route, to the financing, everyone was human and helpful. Louie got me the deal I wanted and had me driving out of the dealership in under two hours. There was one minor service issue that I was told about in advance, thatbI had to go back for. Their follow-up and their service department were just as great as their sales. The whole facility is brand new and beautiful, the service waiting room has great WiFi and again, the EVERY one was really nice. Louie and Sandy made a point of saying hi. Friendly, Professional, and Caring My uncle Ben (a finance manager at Burlington Chevrolet) offered to assist my mom with the purchase of a used car by connecting us with Bobby. He was patient, upfront, professional and always congenial. The used Honda he found for us was exactly what we were looking for and at a fair price. Unfortunately, while we were there, my uncle had a cardiac episode and passed shorty after. The entire staff offered their condolences not only as we closed the sale the next week, but to his family when they attended the funeral.
