Two-faced and unprofessional to the extreme I contacted John regarding a 2008 Mini Cooper I found online, and for which I was very interested, and very much ready to buy the right vehicle. He was friendly on the phone and also the next day when I met him in the lot, repeating a few times "there I go, I'm sounding like a car salesman!". We reviewed the car, and he readily let me take the car for a test drive. The car was exactly what I was looking for, and the information provided indicated it was a good vehicle. Upon returning, we discussed the pricing and agreed upon a tentative price, and I asked to have the car looked at by a local shop for a pre-purchase inspection, to which he was very much in agreement, and we discussed that depending upon the outcome the price would likewise be reviewed. I took the car to a local automotive shop, and their review indicated an axle seal that need attention due to an excessive leak, that the car could be driven but it was an item that needed definite repair, and they provided an estimate. I returned and told John that the car checked out, but also there was the item of the axle seal (and I provided him with a copy of the inspection report and the estimate for repair) that needed to be looked into. I explained my concern, that I would need to think about the car for the weekend, that I was leery of the car knowing about the axle seal and the leakage, but that I was still interested in the car. At that point, he essentially shut down, and stopped looking me in the eye, stopped the sales process on the car, as though he was bristling now upon hearing something negative about the car, that now I would not be purchasing the car (which I'd never stated). Following a long silence, I asked what was going on, that I was discussing the car. I asked if he no longer wanted to sell me the car, and was then told that I'd never find another vehicle as good as this one, at this price. I was so taken aback by his rudeness, by his unprofessionalism, I told him we can stop this and I walked out. I have never been treated in such a manner. I would NOT recommend this dealer, this shop, to anyone. I read these reviews the day before going to look at the car, and saw the several negative reviews, and thought okay, those situations happen, and was hoping it would be otherwise for me. But, whoever reads these, believe me: the negative reviews are indicative of how this business is run and operated. Stay away! More

If John Senior is in, avoid the place. John senior is NOT a man of his word. When his son Johnny was running the sales office you depend on getting a good deal and HONEST treatment. John Sr. on the other hand promises to take of any issues you may have with the car and when my son bought a car, then came back in a week with a Check Engine light on, John promised to "Take care of it" but it's been 2 months, the car won't pass emissions testing so now my son is making payments on a car that's not even legal to drive. SHAME ON YOU JOHN PRILL!! More

Found this dealer on-line through cars.com. It was a 45 miles drive, but well worth it. The 2007 Ford Focus we bought from them was as described on their website, price was correct, and no games. There sale was a 32 inch plasma tv included with the car, and they even helped to load it for us. Would do business there again, small dealership, but very clean and nice staff!!! More
