Dave, I'm sorry to see that you were not happy with the experience you had with our dealership. We try to provide the a truly exceptional experience every time a customer is in our store. There are however times that things come up that are out of our control. It seems as though this is what happened to you. All of our loan vehicles were out to other customers so we did not have one that we could put you in. If we would have had one available we would have had no issue putting you in one while we looked at your vehicle. I completely understand going somewhere else that was able to accommodate you quicker. If we can be of service in the future please let us know. No sir that is not what the guy told me!!! He told me y’all didn’t have any y’all wasn’t going to have any it wasn’t Nissan‘s responsibility to make sure I had something to drive I was just trying to make an appointment I was not trying to drop my vehicle off and he said y’all was not going to ever have any it wasn’t Nissans responsibility to make sure I had one
