Nissan of Burleson - Service Center

Took my car in for an oil change to only be told I need $1500 worth of work that was just listed on a piece of paper. Nothing at all was explained to me. Apparently something is wrong with my brakes that $1500 worth of work that was just listed on a piece of paper. Nothing at all was explained to me. Apparently something is wrong with my brakes that I asked to be checked a few months ago when the transmission and blower motor was replaced which neither still work correctly. Sad that I was literally sold a piece of crap car that's given me trouble since day 1. The car is barely 4 years old and is fallen apart. My appointment was at 830am and didn't leave until 11am. That's because they locked my keys in my car so I had to wait for them to fix that too. More

I have had oil changed a couple of times and both times I come home without a valve cap on a tire. Also when had tires rotated they left off a lug nut. I bought a 2018 Volkswagen Atlas from this dealership in August of 2020. In March of 2021 the A/C went out and I had a warranty through them, I paid my $200 deductible and went without a vehicle for a week August of 2020. In March of 2021 the A/C went out and I had a warranty through them, I paid my $200 deductible and went without a vehicle for a week only for the A/C to not be fixed correctly. It is now July in August and my A/C is blowing hot yet again. I have a small child who is dripping sweat after 5 minutes in the car due to the A/C not working. The service department told us we had to take the car to a Volkswagen dealership in Arlington to fix my car, we drove all the way to Arlington to only be told Nissan would have to bring the car to them and they couldn’t even look at my car until mid August.
