Excellent service however I am concerned and frustrated with the waitlist for a loaner vehicle. That is somewhat inconvenient to go to a dealership and no loaner car is available for the customer who is sp with the waitlist for a loaner vehicle. That is somewhat inconvenient to go to a dealership and no loaner car is available for the customer who is spending their money to get their car fixed. The service advisors do the best that they can to assist but they cannot make a loaner car available for the customer. I would prefer you to tell me that you have no loaners than to put me on a wait list for weeks. Please do something about that. More

Took 2015 Altima in for 2 minor recalls and also asked them to diagnose why the air bag light would not go off. They did the recall work and also a "free" inspection of the entire vehicle with the $150 di them to diagnose why the air bag light would not go off. The quote for repairs was $4,500 for several CRITICAL repairs. I picked the car up and ordered the repairs parts directly from Nissan for $1,400. Here is the problem, they quoted $744.71 to repair a cracked rear engine mount. I pulled the part off and there are no cracks. It did not fail. It was not a critical repair. I took the part to the dealership and the service writer could not find the crack either. He took it to the mechanic who then said, "see this little bit of discoloration...". I changed the part out anyway because I already bought a new one for $138. I sent a message about this to the service manager from the parking lot of the dealership yesterday and NO RESPONSE. I have the old part in my possession and will have it for eternity if anyone ever takes the time to care enough to look at it. This place is dishonest!!! They were banking on the customer not knowing any better! In my mind, this is attempted theft. STAY AWAY!!!!!!! More

Took my Armada in because Low Tire Pressure Light was on & needed nitrogen. They took care of that, checked all my tires for nails and washed it for me! All in less than 45 minutes & I didn’t have an appoin & needed nitrogen. They took care of that, checked all my tires for nails and washed it for me!
