In every attempt to contact my service advisor by phone, I have had automated voicemail and text messages fail to go through. As both a customer, and as a customer service professional, I find this totally unacceptable and in need of immediate attention! More

Brought my car in for a recall service; while there they fixed an issue I had with locking with the key fob; replaced the windshield washer container lid that was missing; reset the audio display as sometim fixed an issue I had with locking with the key fob; replaced the windshield washer container lid that was missing; reset the audio display as sometimes while my cell phone is connected, the display goes off completely. I hope the reset fixed that problem. All in all, I was there less than an hour. Very pleased with the service and time. More
