Friendly, informed, quick to answer questions, it was enjoyable dealing with him. The showroom manager Bill was easy to talk to and helpful, the money guy was the same. When a few things came up that needed extra attention they were right on it. They were up front about the rebates being offered and I never got the sense they were playing games with me. Five stars! I had an engine replaced in NC and drove to MA last Friday. There was a serious oil leak when I got to Northampton.
