Very poor customer service! Much longer wait than promised, inaccurate report on the multipoint check, the rep looked irritated when asked for clarification and we felt ignored. I had to go to the mechanic to ask a quick question and then the other rep chastises me for doing so and then have me wait some more while she remained chatting on the phone! We will never go back to this dealership’s service dept again!!! More

Their service department mistreats and takes advantage of their customers. I brought my car in for 4 hours of service. I got it back 9.5 hours later being told they did not have time to do everything. We mak their customers. I brought my car in for 4 hours of service. We make an appointment for next week, I get in my car and the dash is now lit up (it was not lit up when I brought it in). They tried to push the blame on me (who does not work on cars) and tell me that I am going to have to pay, again, for them to finish the job I already paid for. I do not recommend Burien Nissan's Service Center. More
