I brought my Chevy Bolt in for service and picked (tire rotation and general maintenance. I started on my way home and a check car light came on. I called and they squeezed in a quick check the same day. Diagnostic said the AC was failing. They couldn’t service until after the weekend, but were able to get the job done a few days later. All good as new. The work was under warranty so no charge and they came and picked me up from my home! More

I took my husband's car in for service 1999 Cadillac deville trusting I would be doing the correct thing. I went to pick up the car and there was damage that wasn't issued when I took it in. I paid them in full 5,914 service and got the car back in the worst condition. This is their answer: the car is 25 years old and what do you expect? They tried to fix the electric window and this was the result of shorting out the electrical system, to the door locks, gas tanks, alarm, and horn which were all working fine upon arrival. More

It went smoothly. Upon walking to the front desk in the service department, they directed me to the person that was to help me.. Fanuel was his name and he explained up front what it was that was going to take place and the cost if nothing else was needed. The time allotted by him was the time it took. Being an EV owner I had a question about an adapter that would allow me to charge at Tesla chargers. Within moments he had the answer for me and directed me to a quality site. The experience ended with him explaining the various points of the vehicle inspection that was done. I was satisfied indeed with the experience . thanks, Lance More

Service is slow. A little over 2 hours for an oil change. Radio was on when I got in my car and I don't even listen to the radio. I use AUX. The prices for an oil change are ridiculous at $80 for a car. They keep raising the price for this service with no added value. Use to give free car wash and vacuum with the oil change but that is no longer offered. Really what incentive to customers have to continue to bring their cars to you? More
I had the worst service, they were rude and very disrespectful and dishonest. My bill was changed to reflect a higher amount and when I asked about why my bill was so high I was told they added a bu disrespectful and dishonest. When they was caught in a few lies regarding my bill thats when the begin being very rude. The two Burien employees that gave me a hard time was Brandy and Raffale the front desk agent. My concern is that they rip people off all the time and I don’t feel comfortable with them handing my billing of car service. I did make a report to Dennis the service manager but have not heard anything back from him yet. I’m still waiting on a call back regarding this horrible situation. More

I arrived to the dealership to be surrounded by a bunch of xxxxx waiting for me to pay, then they psychologically turned it around to were they said i was yelling and causing a disturbance while I'm paying for my car. I am so glad I was able to hear what others had to say!!!!!!!!! More
