In regards to the questions surrounding the conduct of the dealership representatives you raise here, I was able to review the video of your interaction with them, and it clearly shows that they were very professional. Hi Dennis, I was wondering when I would hear back from you since you promised to follow up with me on this matter. I had over $70 of Overcharges that was unexplained charges and later had to be refunded to my CC. I am only wanting to know how this happened? Especially since you have ongoing training?
