Service is slow. A little over 2 hours for an oil change. Radio was on when I got in my car and I don't even listen to the radio. I use AUX. The prices for an oil change are ridiculous at $80 for a car. They keep raising the price for this service with no added value. Use to give free car wash and vacuum with the oil change but that is no longer offered. Really what incentive to customers have to continue to bring their cars to you? More
I had the worst service, they were rude and very disrespectful and dishonest. My bill was changed to reflect a higher amount and when I asked about why my bill was so high I was told they added a bu disrespectful and dishonest. When they was caught in a few lies regarding my bill thats when the begin being very rude. The two Burien employees that gave me a hard time was Brandy and Raffale the front desk agent. My concern is that they rip people off all the time and I don’t feel comfortable with them handing my billing of car service. I did make a report to Dennis the service manager but have not heard anything back from him yet. I’m still waiting on a call back regarding this horrible situation. More

my instrument cluster the gas gauge doesn't even work now that we put a new one in also the service is terrible, they do up sell $1200 later and things are not working like they should. no test drive called that we put a new one in also the service is terrible, they do up sell $1200 later and things are not working like they should. no test drive called me late at night before closing to pick up my car. I arrived to the dealership to be surrounded by a bunch of xxxxx waiting for me to pay, then they psychologically turned it around to were they said i was yelling and causing a disturbance while I'm paying for my car. I am so glad I was able to hear what others had to say!!!!!!!!! More
What happened to your service department so terrible a problem going in, worse problems coming out vehicle not fixed. We will be spreading the word about your terrible down fall’s with your service and seeking out other locations even if it’s a distance from our house to get better service. More
Brought 2013 Silverado in for a warranty recall, the airbag thing. Came out with a “fix it” quote for $2,826 including tax. Based on past experience with them, I doubted the work they gave in the repair airbag thing. Came out with a “fix it” quote for $2,826 including tax. Took, it to a local shop and found that the control arm bushings were fine, surprise(?) not. Also recommended new air filter, which was not needed. The local shop did what was NEEDE FOR $460.00. Ain’t going back More
