After their 'inspection' I received a quote for $11k in repairs for a 2012 Buick LaCrosse. I doubt that car is worth that amount. I approved 5 of the 13 suggested services - what I asked for. What I expected to take a day, took a week. I asked three separate times for the total charges and was ignored until finally I was slapped in the face with a $3240.06 total the day before I picked it up. The change oil light is still on and so is the brake service light. After all of this, I asked on 4/7, 4/8, and 4/9 to be emailed a copy of my receipt. CRICKETS! No response at all yet. More

Came in with leaky tire which I had filled with a sealer kit. It was leaking anymore but to be safe I wanted to have it repaired if possible. Waited over an hour then was told the tire was not salvageable-- kit. It was leaking anymore but to be safe I wanted to have it repaired if possible. The tire was fine and it's still holding air two days later. They didn't charge me or try to sell me anything. And they didn't lie to my face. So that was interesting. More

I brought my Chevy Bolt in for service and picked (tire rotation and general maintenance. I started on my way home and a check car light came on. I called and they squeezed in a quick check the same day. D rotation and general maintenance. I started on my way home and a check car light came on. I called and they squeezed in a quick check the same day. Diagnostic said the AC was failing. They couldn’t service until after the weekend, but were able to get the job done a few days later. All good as new. The work was under warranty so no charge and they came and picked me up from my home! More
