Burdick Nissan

A few month ago when I came to service my car, Tracy was the person I talked to in the service dept. Durning our conversation she was rude and disrespectful. The next time I came in I went and talked to the the person I talked to in the service dept. Durning our conversation she was rude and disrespectful. The next time I came in I went and talked to the service manager about this issue and in return I ask that Tracy when I come in for service not be the person that helps me. Yesterday I went in for service I talked to Vinny, when I went to pay while talking to Vinny, Tracy was there and kept interrupting us. So, therefore this tells me that this issue never got resolved so therefore I will not be coming to Burdick Nissan any longer. Terrible Customer Service! DarleneT More

My mom and I dropped in to buy a vehicle with no ideas of what we wanted and were left satisfied by the service of everyone there.
