The associate I dealership. Communication was poor throughout the process, and I felt my concerns were not addressed during the service appointment. The associate I worked with was not as responsive as I expected which made what should have been a straightforward experience unnecessarily frustrating. Customer service and follow through are important and unfortunately this visit did not meet those expectations. More

I trotted my trusty iron steed into their camp for a much-needed overhaul—specifically, to get some new boots for the wheels and fresh stopping-power for the chassis. From the moment I arrived until I rode off into the sunset, the fine folks at this establishment proved they are worth their weight in gold. The hospitality began the second I hitched my wagon, where Eric handled my check-in. He was a mighty fine soul, as supportive and welcoming as a warm hearth after a long, grueling trail ride. While the work was underway, Kenny took the time to show me a magnificent new carriage on the lot. He was an absolute wealth of invaluable lore, providing me with a ton of great information on the newest vehicles available in the territory. The vigilance of the crew under the hood was truly unmatched. Santiago was working diligently on the repairs when he spotted a hidden danger—an additional safety hazard that could have left me stranded in the badlands. He immediately gave me some stellar recommendations right there at the shop to get it squared away, proving he looks out for a traveler's well-being. To top off a legendary experience, a wonderful gentleman at the service desk—whose name escapes me, though I believe it was Matt or Pat—ended the whole encounter with an abundance of positivity and genuine generosity. If your wagon is throwing a shoe or you are looking to trade up for a finer breed of horsepower, do not hesitate to ride on down to this establishment. They run a tight ship, treat a person right, and possess the best crew in the West! More
