I purchased the Ally warranty extension, but I didn't realize I would be experiencing mechanical issues so soon. Santa Paula Chevy went the extra mile to make sure my car was properly repaired. Isabelle Muschamp has been an excellent service advisor to deal with. She has top-notch customer service skills, and her empathy towards customer needs is what will keep me coming back for service. I showed up at Chevorlet in Santa Paula for service without an appointment. Even though i showed up without an appointment they still changed my oil. On top of that i got a free car wash with a five do without an appointment. Even though i showed up without an appointment they still changed my oil. I've been a GM car owner for the past twenty years my dad worked for general motors. In this time I have been to several dealerships and had nothing but problems having stuff fixed serviced or repaired I tol worked for general motors. In this time I have been to several dealerships and had nothing but problems having stuff fixed serviced or repaired I told my self this would be my last GM veichle that I will ever own. Trying to get my local dealership here in Ventura to do anything is inpossible. I did get them to repair one problem with my truck and I think the only reason they did fix it is cause I got GM involved in the matter. And boy you talk about ass kissing what a turn off. I was having problems with my a/c unit and was looking in the yellow pages and that's when i found Santa Paula Chevrolet. So I told my self give this dealership a chance so I called the parts department and talked with Jim Groom about the part I needed he said know problem he would have it here the next day and he did he even gave me the part number as well. not like the other dealership that wouldn't give me shit and wanted me to pay for it first. Come to find out that part was not the problem I had a short somewhere I called Jimmy in parts and explained the situation and he told me to contact Rafael Ramero in the service department so I did and Mr Ramero was on top of this. It was such a great feeling to be treated with respect as well as outstanding customer service. If it wasn't for these two employees of your dealership going way above and beyond there duty to keep me happy. employees like those two will keep me comeing back even if I had to drive five hrs away I would do it just for the freindlyness of the dealership. Over the years, our family has purchased several cars and trucks from Santa Paula Chevrolet...from Corvette's to Surburban's to the latest Camaro, and even Duramax Trucks. The sales crew at Santa Paula was trucks from Santa Paula Chevrolet...from Corvette's to Surburban's to the latest Camaro, and even Duramax Trucks. The sales crew at Santa Paula was never anything but courteous, kind and knowledgeable...BUT, their service after the sale for warranty repair is beyond exemplary, and is what all Chevy/GMC dealers should be patterned after. The service department (headed by Bill, the manager), is very knowledgeable and quite easy to get along with (to say the LEAST!). Then, while all the service reps were helpful and kind, Raphael has to be one of the best I've ever met. Raphael went to extra lengths to keep me informed of my repair, with updates almost every other day...often inviting me down to see the repair progress as it proceeded. I can't thank Raphael enough...along with the rest of the crew at Santa Paula Chevrolet. Then the mechanic, Juan, has to be one of the best...being very knowledgeable on engines and all their accessory components. Everything was put back together as if it was a factory assembly! I'm a turbine engine mechanic myself, and have flown Bell JetRanger helicopters for years (decades!)...and Juan impressed me with his thoroughness and acumen. All Juan's work was very precise, clean and exact. I can't say enough about the complete service crew at Santa Paula Chevrolet...from the Service Manager, to the Service Reps, to the Mechanics on duty. Truly very good people, and they will always have my business. You can't have a better assembly of people...from sales to service!!! Thanks much guys, Chris..... More

I've been a customer since the early 80's when I purchased a used S-10 pick up then a new 2004 Silverado then a new 2010 Malibu. The service department is Awesome I would not go anywhere else. My mother in law was just towed into the dealership by their own tow truck and they repaired her Santa Paula Chevrolet is truley a Great dealership.
