MY CAR WINDOW BROKE ON A FRIDAY AFTERNOON! I took my Cruze to have my driver side window fixed because it got stuck in the open position and must have had a window motor issue. I live about an hour away from dealership so the drive over was extremely uncomfortable being it was 100 degrees and straight sun the whole way. I met with my service person Sandy and she tried to see if she could reset it for me but unfortunately no luck. I also has a squeaky fan noise that turned out to be a belt. They made sure I found a rental back and had the car ready as fast as they could after ordering parts. Always pleasant and helpful. I don't go anywhere else to see to my car. I drive an hour to just do business with them and will continue. More

Really Bad Service So far worst experience while coming to Santa Paula Service Department, we have been coming to this dealership for a couple of years now and as of tod So far worst experience while coming to Santa Paula Service Department, we have been coming to this dealership for a couple of years now and as of today i had a appointment scheduled at 4pm coming from Oxnard arrived at 4:10 and had to wait until someone got to me, this older gentleman helped me ( Robert ) told me i wasn't able to get my oil service anymore because it was 4:20 already but Rafael said yes so it seemed as he got annoyed and took it out on us. He let me know of only getting 2 free oil changes which i wasn't aware of and was totally rude about it telling me if i wanted to speak to alex ( who we bought our car from and wasn't in for the day ) so i went to speak to alex who wasn't there and spoke to the manager instead ( Dave ) who came at me with an attitude about not knowing who told me but i was wrong and i should be greatful i atleast get two free when i shouldnt get any at all. Saying that what i want is free oil changes for life when i never said that. Take in mind all i wanted to know if it was true and wanted a question answered and he came with all this out. When i stated the service he was giving me he said he didn't felt as if he was so i told him about just going to the ventura chevy dealership instead or change to another place ( nissan honda etc ) since we have another car with one of them and the service is much different and he didn't seem to mind. I felt really disrespected when a sincere appology letting me know of how things work would of been fine since he is manager. Having worked in retail and as a mananger i know customers are always right and the first thing to do is appologize. More

I had a very smooth and welcoming experience. I simply went in for a brake check of my vehicle because I was hearing a screeching from my brakes when I would brake.
