My initial visit with Izzy Vargas left me just a little skeptical as I actually couldn't believe he would follow through with the price he offered. I was actually referred to Fillmore Chevrolet by a frien skeptical as I actually couldn't believe he would follow through with the price he offered. I was actually referred to Fillmore Chevrolet by a friend who has done a lot of business with them and I was supposed to get the "fleet discount". Fillmore Chevrolet did not follow through on their promises and I was totally frustrated with them. Izzy followed through with his offer and was very accommodating. He made my transaction flow very smoothly and less painful than I expected. I found him very reliable, personable and just a wonderful person to work with. More

Best car buying experience ever. I was referred to Santa Paula Chevrolet on the Costco referral program. I made an appointment and met with Izzy Vargas and John Gonzales. I brought to the meeting a pre-appr Paula Chevrolet on the Costco referral program. I made an appointment and met with Izzy Vargas and John Gonzales. I brought to the meeting a pre-approved, guaranteed loan to do my shopping. John gave my wife and I the test drive and general overview of the truck we wished to purchase. Did an excellent job. We did not purchase the car at this meeting (2/25/14). I test drove another product that same day and decided I liked the Chevrolet product. I called Izzy and he arranged for an early meeting (2/26/14) to purchase the vehicle. Izzy did a great job handling the admin part of the sale. Izzy also did the delivery segment of the deal. Izzy did a great job with both areas. Izzy also made a point of introducing John Macik, dealer principle to my wife and me. They made us feel like a valued and appreciated customer. I tend to ask obscure questions and he had a knowledgeable and thorough FACTUAL answer for each of my concerns which I have to say majorly impressed me. I've been to many dealerships that I feel (or find out later through my own research) 'make up answers' for me and I didn't get this from William.
