I couldn't ask for a better dealership experence I had called Santa Paula Chevrolet in search for a used truck. When I called, Will Thawley answered the phone and I was blown away by how polite he wa I had called Santa Paula Chevrolet in search for a used truck. When I called, Will Thawley answered the phone and I was blown away by how polite he was and by how willing he was to help me. We had decided what would be a good choice for me from their used car lot and drove up there that night. He had immediately greeted me as soon as I parked in the lot. He was working with another client at the time so he had introduced me to another sales representative, Alex Santa Rosa. Alex let me test drive the truck and I loved it. I decided to go ahead and trade in my car for it and I don't regret doing so. Everybody there made the process simple and easy for me even though we were there past closing hours. The truck had a few minor operating problems which George, the Service Manager, and Tina, the Service Advisor quickly repaired for me with no questions asked. This dealership may be small, but it is by far the best I've ever been to and will return to when I decide to buy again. 5 out of 5 on this one guys! Keep up the good work! More

We had often heard of it, but we have purchased from a different Chevy dealership in the past. We told Tony what we were "looking" for and he immediately showed us a 2010 Chevy Equinox. It was exactly what we were looking for: pre-owned, white, leather, heated seats, back-up camera, etc. and was very close to our price point. We did not intend on purchasing that day (although we had been pre-approved by a credit union), He offered to have the numbers worked out with the Financial Advisor. And after a few back-and-forths, we felt the end-price and terms were fair for both sides. In addition, Esther who wrote up the sales contract, was extremely professional and thorough. I would recommend Tony and the team at Santa Paula Chevrolet. As car buying goes (not my favorite thing to do on a Sunday afternoon), it was a great experience. Thank you to all who helped us. More

Saturday my husband and I received a call from Izzy after using the Truecar web site. Izzy asked if we were members of Costco and/or AAA and to give him a call when we were ready. I was so impressed with I using the Truecar web site. Izzy asked if we were members of Costco and/or AAA and to give him a call when we were ready. I was so impressed with Izzy on the phone we went to Santa Paula Chevy that same day and spent about 1/2 an hour with him talking about the Traverse and made arrangements to meet him the next day to test drive the car. He asked what we wanted in the traverse and which colors we were interested in. When we got home he called saying he found the LT in a 7 seat, crystal red with cloth seats no pressure from him he just wanted us to know there was a car available how we wanted it. I was amazed how fast he found the car and got back to us. The next day, Sunday, we drove a Traverse and told him we needed time to decide if we were going to take the red LT or one of the 8 seat cars already on the lot. Izzy never and I mean never pressured us to buy any car and told us take our time deciding. That night we decided on the red LT, called Izzy. He had the car brought to the dealership and we purchased the Traverse and drove it home Monday night. I LOVE MY NEW CAR! Thank you IZZY! Izzy way amazing, caring, and understanding. He beat everybody's price including Truecar and Costco! We will go back the Santa Paula Chevrolet and most importantly Izzy for our next car!!! I would recommend anyone see him about purchasing a car. Trust Izzy to help you he talks straight and works to get you the best deal. More
