Friendly Experience and Great Service When I initially called this dealership, I spoke to Will Thawley, I told him specifically what I was looking for and he was very eager to help me chec When I initially called this dealership, I spoke to Will Thawley, I told him specifically what I was looking for and he was very eager to help me check on the Tahoe I was inquiring on. Will called me back within a matter of minutes stating they have the Tahoe and will have it washed and ready for me to view. He advised me that Izzy Vargas will be able to help me when I arrived to the dealership. Once I arrived with my wife, Izzy (not knowing if that was him) came up to me with a smile asked if he could be of assistance. I asked for Izzy and he asked if I was the one inquiring on the Tahoe, we both confirmed with eachother who we were and that we were excited to meet eachother. Sure enough the Tahoe we were inquiring on was washed and ready, right infront of their showroom waiting for us, as promised by Will. Izzy gave my wife and I the full walk around of the Tahoe and explained all of the features and options. He answered all the questions that we have about the Tahoe very quickly and confidently. Izzy didn't hesitate to ask us if we wanted to test drive the Tahoe. During the test drive, Izzy pointed out all of the safety features and how they worked. At the same time he was very personable with us, asking my wife and I about ourselves, as well as sharing a little bit about himself as well. When we returned to the dealership from the test drive, Izzy gave my wife and I a few minutes to look over and think about the Tahoe. He did not pressure us to make a decision promptly, but merely checked in with us and asked what we thought. At that point, with Izzy being courteous, we decided to purchase the vehicle. During the purchase, Izzy was very patient and positive, making us feel comfortable with information that he was giving us.. After we've confirmed the details of the purchase, Izzy then reached out to Will to go over a few more details of the Tahoe and services that were included. Will was able to answer our questions and point out where we can find more information about the Tahoe. Will then introduced us to Esther Ruiz who handled the finance and sales paperwork. She explained everything on the contract to us in detail, advised us about the services that they offer, and answered all of the questions we had. She too was very friendly and patient with us, knowing there was a lot of papers to sign. Once the final papers were signed, we were confident and happy that we purchased our Tahoe at Santa Paula Chevrolet, knowing that we received such great service by friendly people. Right before we left the dealership, Will offered to take a picture of us with our new Tahoe. My wife and I were definitely all smiles in the picture, as were Izzy and Will during the sale process...even into the late weeknight. One of the main things that I admired about Izzy was that he was very friendly and personable. He made us feel comfortable and treated us like a long time friend...especially since he remembered and addressed us by our names the whole time. Both Izzy and William were very professional and courteous and made this experience very easy and memorable.
