A great deal with some very nice people. My wife and I had been looking for a new truck for a while. And I had been in contact with Jon and Izzy working on getting their best internet pricing My wife and I had been looking for a new truck for a while. And I had been in contact with Jon and Izzy working on getting their best internet pricing. It was just a matter of the right Silverado. They also had their big end of the year sale on the 2014 models. We came over the last day of the sale and the truck and price were perfect except we were looking for another color, although the ice silver metallic was very pretty. After some lengthy discussions with Izzy the price was dropped another $1,000 and the dealer agreed to install the body side molding. This was a great deal that we just could not pass up. The finance group stayed late to go over all the paperwork while the truck was being detailed and gassed up. We are very pleased with the Silverado and the experience working with Santa Paul Chevy. I worked with Izzy Vargas and John Gonzales in sales and they did not give up on finding the EXACT truck that my wife and I were looking for. I came in looking for a 2014, but purchased a 2015 because of the incentives and the fact that the 2015 had everything that I was looking for. Izzy and John are great guys to work with. I also worked with Victor Lopez in parts and Robert Cabral in service. They added running boards and had me in and out in about 40 minutes! I had purchased a bed mat and they put that in for me as a courtesy. Nice touch! All in all, it took me back to a time when customer service really was customer service!
