A great experience with people who listen. Last week I decided to start looking for a truck and went to a chain dealer near me in the Canoga Park area. With questionable credit I did not know w Last week I decided to start looking for a truck and went to a chain dealer near me in the Canoga Park area. With questionable credit I did not know what to expect. I drove a used truck and told them I had a certain down and certain payment I needed. I asked them to just tell me if I was looking at too expensive of a truck for my budget. They came back with 3000 more down and 100 a month more of a payment. They were not listening and then they would not give back my pay stubs and started to get nasty because I wanted to leave. While sitting there irritated Larry sent me an email from here about a truck I inquired on. I told him what was going on and filled out there brief app online and within minutes the first offer was exactly what I wanted and the trucks at the dealers were the same price!!!!! So the next morning the family and I drove up on Labor day, Larry had the truck ready for us to drive and in less than 2 hours we had pulled out with an awesome used Silverado. Larry, Gabriel and Jose were so awesome to deal with and they listened to what me and my family wanted and what we could afford. I have to say that anyone I know that is looking for a new or used vehicle would find it worth the drive to visit this great dealership with top notch people. More

Best Auto Buying Experience Ever! I can't say enough about the great experience that I had with these guys! Starting from ther initial followup phone call from Izzy and all the way th I can't say enough about the great experience that I had with these guys! Starting from ther initial followup phone call from Izzy and all the way thru the process to driving off the lot with my new truck. The staff were all personable, professional and seemed to truly want to help us get what we wanted for the price we wanted. On the way to the dealership I was asked how I was feeling, with hopes that I was excited. I said "going to a car dealership is like going to the dentist for me." I was very anxious as I always hated the pressure treatment and having to haggle. Flashes of a salesperson going back-and-forth to their sales manager multiple times trying to whittle down the price, etc. were going thru my head. As it turns out, the experience was just the opposite. No haggling. None of the "let me see what we can do," And they kept us busy the whole time....coffee (great coffee machine by the way), water, an extra test drive while we waited. The few hours I spent with John and the staff at SP Chevrolet were worth it. I drove off with my new truck and have been telling folks about the experience ever since. Give them a shot, you won't regret it! More
