Purchased New 2016 Chevy Traverse (OUTSTANDING Experience) Santa Paula Cevrolet has been my go to place now for over three years to purchase my vehicles and for all types of service for those vehicles. My w Santa Paula Cevrolet has been my go to place now for over three years to purchase my vehicles and for all types of service for those vehicles. My wife and I recently went to the dealership to trade in her leased 2013 Chevrolet Traverse. We received full residual value for the vehicle even though it was an early return. We decided to buy our next Traverse. We gave the sales persons John Gonzalez and Izzy Vargas a printout of what we wanted in regard to color and options on the new vehicle. The sales staff went to work on the request and located a vehicle that fit our request perfectly that same day and had it delivered to the dealership from another dealer location by the next day. Our new payment for the purchase was not that much more than our previous lease and we got an excellent vehicle for the price--better than we expected. We wanted a couple options added to the vehicle (roof cross rails and step running boards). Both my wife and I work during the week, so the sales staff offered to come pick our vehicle up from our place of work, take it to the body shop, had the parts put on the vehicle and returned it to our place of work in the same day. This is the type of commitment and passion you just don't see at a lot of other dealerships. Santa Paula Chevrolet always exceeds our expectation in our purchases adn service.
