I had a 1/2 hour conversation with Larry Lancelle on the phone and I explained to him what car I wanted. He then advised me that he did not have the car on the lot but can get it within 24 hours. After getting the car on the lot he contacted me and I then drove to the dealership and purchased the car. I was in and out with in the hour. I purchased the Ally warranty extension, but I didn't realize I would be experiencing mechanical issues so soon. Santa Paula Chevy went the extra mile to make sure my car was properly repaired. Isabelle Muschamp has been an excellent service advisor to deal with. She has top-notch customer service skills, and her empathy towards customer needs is what will keep me coming back for service.
