Fastest Purchase Ever I had been working with John and Izzy in the online sales department. I was able to select a car ahead of time from their inventory and set up an appt I had been working with John and Izzy in the online sales department. I was able to select a car ahead of time from their inventory and set up an appt to come in. They held the vehicle for me and it was right in front when I arrived. John took my husband for a test drive and I worked with the trade in manager to evaluate my old car. They gave me more than I was asking on my trade and while all this was happening, Izzy had already started the paperwork. There was no haggling, no back and forth, we had already agreed to a price and they stuck to it. Finance was easy, when I said we were not interested in any additional services or maintenance packages they just accepted my "no thank you" and moved on, no pushy people at Santa Paula Chevrolet. We got there at 1:20 and were on our way home by 3:30pm. It was amazing, the best car buying experience I have EVER had. I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking for a Chevy. More
