Great Service! I am all about costumer service and this place has the greatest. My boyfriend and I went in to get a red Chevy Spark. We had shopped around and had come across high pressure salesmen and some that would not even help us. We were greeted promptly and before I knew it we were test driving it. Mr. Tellez was very knowledgeable about the car and was able to get the best possible deal for us. What I loved the most was that I did not feel pressured to purchase this car right then and there like at other locations. They were very easy going and were able to explain everything to us very clearly. Also important, they all had a sense of humor. Great Sales Team after doing research on a new 2016 Chevrolet Colorado on-line, I e-mailed Izzy Vargas on some questions regarding the Colorado. I also responded to L after doing research on a new 2016 Chevrolet Colorado on-line, I e-mailed Izzy Vargas on some questions regarding the Colorado. I also responded to Larry Lancelle on questions that I had. My wife and I went to the dealer on Sunday, July 24 to take a test drive on the Colorado. I was really impressed on it performed. It was really spacious on the inside and the ride was really smooth also. Throughout the purchasing process I was never pressured on the sale. They were very professional and kind. John had a sense of humor and I felt relaxed with him. This was my first purchase at Santa Paula Chevrolet. I have used the service department for my GMC Envoy and my Buick Lacrosse.
