Hi Michelle, we appreciate you reaching out to us. We apologize for the inconvenience and want to assure you that we do have you on the list for the loaner. With Kia having the recall on engines on back order, we have every loaner out and have had them out for months. Thankfully you are the next person in line for a loaner, however, we cannot guarantee how long it will be until Kia sends out the new engines. All of our loaners are out to customers who have safety recalls and we cannot have them return the loaners without having their vehicles taken care of. We completely understand your frustration and our team has been made aware that they need to call you to give you an update so you aren't waiting on us for updates periodically. Again, we apologize for the inconvenience and are happy to help get your vehicle in sooner than later. Our Service Manager said if you can give him an hour's time and can bring your vehicle up here to Bulldog Kia for us to take a look at it and see if we can diagnose it, that will let us know if you need a loaner at all or if it will be a simple, quick fix. While you are here, we are happy to offer you free Uber shuttle service to take you anywhere within the Athens area at no charge so you are not stuck here for the diagnosis. Please let us know if that will be something you can do and what day and time works best for you. We can set that up as soon as possible that works for your schedule. Hi, thank you for reaching out. You hit the other because you weren't paying attention and that's also why your insurance is going up. There are not any designated "no parking" areas anywhere around the Service Department because it is a service drive, meaning people drive in and out and park around the area as needed. As with any parking lot area or service drive area, driving with caution is a necessity. There are a lot of vehicles coming and going throughout the day, requiring everyone to exercise caution while operating a motor vehicle in this area. Our entire lot is private property which is why the police officer did not write us a ticket and which is why we are not legally responsible for the damage you caused to the other vehicle. As seen in our cameras, you hit a parked car that was there well before you got into your vehicle to back up. If you need to discuss this further, please feel free to reach out.
