Good Afternoon, I received your review and escalated complaint and want to address your concerns. We apologize for any miscommunication but do want to clarify a few things addressed in your concern. I took a look at your contract and it is laid out on the page in clear terms where the free service is for 24 months or four free oil changes; whichever comes first. The oil changes are complimentary for buying from Bulldog Kia and are at no expense to the customer. We offer this free service as a thank you to our customers for their business. We have to have limits on our contracts and the limit for the free oil changes is two years or four free oil changes; whichever comes first. The average driver does not put 20,000 miles per year on a vehicle so we base this on average driving behaviors. We cannot leave that open to any limit as that could end up being too costly for us to offer this service to our customers for free. For this reason, we go over the contract with our customers at time of purchase and explain that the first two years' oil changes are free or the first four oil changes; whichever comes first. After the explanation is given, our customers sign the form acknowledging that they understand. Your contract was signed and agreed to. Kia offers customers free oil changes for some customers when they fill out the surveys sent and that is another way our customers can get a great deal on service related visits. For the key concern, that is something that must be purchased. Bulldog Kia has never offered a one-year free key replacement service. It is only offered at an additional charge and that was declined on your contract. We offer free dent protection for the first year, but do not offer free key replacement. This was not purchased with your contract and so we are unable to do that for free. We cannot verify what an employee may or may not have offered to the customer if the employee is no longer employed here, however, we can assure you that our team is trained to reference back to the contract at all times as it must be in writing if they are offering something to the customer outside of what is normally offered. We understand your frustration and apologize for any miscommunication. We hope you will give Bulldog Kia another chance to service your vehicle and work with your family. We value our customers and have been ranked number one in customer service for years. That accomplishment does not come easy and our team is highly trained to handle various situations as to be able to offer great service to all of our customers.
