We have been even been offered a loaner vehicle on two occasions: once because the requested service was going to necessitate our car being left overnight and once because we had an important meeting scheduled when the service dept was unable to guarantee that we would have our car back in time to make the appointment. It is the extra courtesies and professionalism of the entire Bulldog Kia team that make the extra trip worthwhile. We wholeheartedly recommend this service department!
