My KIA stopped driving after their "tune up". Porterfield Tire in Athens did some routine maintenance on my KIA and it ran a code for a first cylinder misfire. I took it to this dealership, explained that it was not running well, and asked if they could help me. They did a tune up (without pulling any codes, I later learned) and called to tell me it was "ready to go". I went to pick it up and it couldn't drive 1 mile. Turns out there are multiple issues, and they sent me home with a check engine light on and did not even check to confirm that the car worked after the repair. Beau admitted that he did not test drive it after the repair or pull any codes prior to the repair. My car stalled in traffic and I was almost hit by another vehicle trying to drive it home. I cannot even drive my car home? 700 dollars later? I got it started again, brought it back and Chris, the service manager, and he promised to make it right. Then he left for a 2 week vacation and did not even contact me. I called again to inquire about my vehicle. Beau finally drove it and when it called me back he said: "This car has a lot of issues. Crankshaft, motor mounts--it'll be thousands. It's not even worth it to fix it." !!? Why didn't they say that in the first place when I took it in to be diagnosed? Who does a routine tune-up on a car with a bad transmission that cannot be driven? As a service manager, I cannot imagine letting a mother of 5 drive home in a car that stalls in highway traffic after a costly repair. I'm just glad we are all ok! More

I discovered that my taillight had filled up with water and that none of the lights were working four days before leaving town on a trip. I called the dealership to see if they could take a look at it before I left town, but was told that there was no way I could be seen that week. I had just received a text message from James Montalvo (the salesman I bought the car from two years ago) a couple of days before checking on how the car was doing, so I decided to try texting him to see if he could help. James was able to get my car checked out the next day!! Ryan was my service tech and was very helpful and polite when reviewing what was wrong with the light. The defective light was covered under warranty and they were able to get it repaired. I love this dealership and the service that I receive here and will always go to James when I need a new car. Thank you! More

Dead battery James Montalvo was extremely thorough and helpful when my battery died. He immediately referred me to the service department to diagnose my battery.
